Blackheart, Prince of Hell, has created his own satanic kingdom in Las Vegas, tricking Ghost Rider into powering a mystic portal from which Hell could spread over the Earth. Venom, Red Hulk and X-23, all in Vegas on their own missions, joined Ghost Rider to thwart Blackheart – and died in their fight to stop him. They were restored to life by Mephisto, lord of Hell, who’s standing is threatened by Blackheart. The heroes made a final stand against Blackheart and shocked the demon when the Venom symbiote and the Spirit of Vengeance merged with a new host – Red Hulk!
